Medication Aide or interested in becoming a Medication Aide
oAdheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality and home like environment for the residents.
oTo assist staff when residents need dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
To help make beds and empty trash.
oTo monitor and assist with medication provision following standards established facility policies and procedures.
To properly document medication provision, services delivered and, if appropriate, resident condition.
oTo follow instructions given by supervisor and communication with supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as necessary.
oTo escort residents to various parts of the building as needed.
To assist with resident activities as instructed.
oTo assist with meal service, i.
