Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support within a hospital setting is preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree in HR Administration, Social Science, or a related field is preferred.
The ability to project a positive, knowledgeable, and helpful image to customers is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in using the computer as a resource tool to assist applicants and employment staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
